Following the recent communication to you all where we tried to establish the requirement for some educational and practical support on WHS, we are delighted to announce that we are partnering with England Golf to deliver two seminars in the county, which are free for you to attend, aimed at people on handicap committees and senior club personnel.
The two Lancashire seminars will be held on:
Wednesday 30th April
6pm-9pm
North Manchester Golf Club
Thursday 1st May
1pm-4pm
Preston Golf Club
To book onto one of these, please click this link and select the venue you want.

Alternative seminar dates are available for you to attend in other counties, if you are unable to go to either of the Lancashire ones and these are also listed through the link above.
This series of WHS™ workshops will provide further knowledge and information for club handicap committee members, senior club personnel, and county officials.
Agenda items will include:
• Score and Handicap Index® manipulation
• Is WHS™ too complicated?
• Responsibilities of the golfer, attester and handicap committee
• Course Rating™
Each session will be interactive, allowing delegates to bring a laptop or tablet, and their WHS™ portal log-ins, to enable them to look at reports etc for their own club at the same time as they are demonstrated on screen.
Delegates will also have the opportunity to ask questions on these or other WHS™ subjects.
We hope many of you can attend what we envisage to be a very useful workshop and we look forward to seeing you there.
