The county are very reliant on help from volunteers to deliver our championships, tournaments and matches. There are lots of ways to get involved and we are keen to hear from anyone who has an interest in:
Volunteering with Lancashire is a great way to meet people, especially those who are keen to see events and clubs flourish. Our mission is to grow the game of golf in Lancashire and to do that, we need your help.
Following the unification of the county to form Lancashire Golf, we have a significant number of events, ranging from the Mersey, Fylde and Lancaster coastlines, over to the Pennines, with matches and tournaments for all standards of golfer. Volunteering at our events gives you a chance to see some great golf close up and you never know, you may get to meet the next Tommy Fleetwood!
Our team match supporters are needed to support our men's, women's, girls, boys and Senior squads, as they play in the regular northern counties matches against Cumbria, Durham, Northumberland, Cheshire and of course our long standing rivals, Yorkshire, with the aim of qualifying for the national finals and there are many ways to help them.
Our championships and tournaments have long histories, and range from the Mens and Womens County Championships to our member handicap events and shield matches so again, a very wide range of types of events to get involved in.
If you are interested in getting involved, in any capacity, please contact us on:

We would be delighted to hear from you and look forward to seeing you at our events, or our club support initiatives.
